Xpotential Inc. (“the Company”) provides professional services and develops applications to support the sustainable growth of sales organizations and personnel through sales enablement. We recognize that the information assets we handle in the course of these efforts, including customer information, are extremely important to our business foundation.
To protect these information assets and ensure operational security, the Company implements appropriate security measures. All employees are expected to act with an awareness of information security and strive for continuous improvement.
The Company appoints a person responsible for managing information security and establishes formal internal policies and regulations regarding information security measures. In addition, we regularly conduct necessary security training for our employees.
Employees comply with internal security-related policies and rules, appropriately handle operational information, and take necessary measures to minimize security risks. Any suspicious activity or security-related incidents must be reported promptly.
The Company complies with applicable laws and contractual security requirements. Customer and confidential information is managed appropriately to prevent unauthorized access or leakage.
In the event of a security violation or incident, the Company will promptly take the necessary measures to minimize its impact. We will also identify the root cause and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
